Pantzer Properties Inc., Panco Management Corporation, and all of its residents celebrate Earth Day with a spring-cleaning event held throughout the month of April.
The entire portfolio of communities, spanning 44 in total, are participating in a Spring-Cleaning event in which properties will collect reusable household, clothing, or electronic items to be either resold or recycled by a locally-focused non-profit organization.
Donations will be accepted at each community leasing office and picked up by a charity of the property’s choosing. Organizations who will benefit from this event include the Salvation Army, Purple Heart, and Goodwill Industries.
“This event allows our employees and residents to work together to positively impact their local communities in meaningful ways,” says Edward Pantzer, Chairman & CEO of Pantzer Properties, Inc.
“We have a personal responsibility to focus our corporate social responsibility efforts in areas which will ultimately create a better future for the environment, our communities, and our company.”
This initiative is aligned with two of the three pillars of Pantzer Properties Corporate Citizenship Program: supporting local community and non-profit organizations and environmental stewardship. The goal of the program is to show a commitment to ethical behavior by balancing stakeholders’ needs while protecting the environment. Pantzer’s third pillar focuses on improved labor policies.
